Veritas acquired by Vidaris

Bulkley Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to Veritas Advisory Group, Inc. (Dallas, Texas), a dispute resolution and project advisory firm, in the sale of the company to Vidaris, Inc. (New York, New York).

Founded in 2002, Veritas provides a range of consulting services to the energy, construction, manufacturing and real estate sectors, including claims evaluation and resolution, financial damage assessment, insured loss analysis, construction claims preparation and review, project management, fraud investigations, expert witness testimony and litigation support. Bulkley Capital was engaged by the company’s founders to identify a compatible acquirer for Veritas with the infrastructure and resources to support the continued growth of the business.

Veritas was acquired by Vidaris, a member of The SOCOTEC Group and a provider of specialty consulting services within the architecture, engineering and construction industries. The SOCOTEC Group, headquartered in France, is a global leader in testing, inspection, certification and other technical consulting services for the infrastructure and construction sectors. The transaction provides the company with the opportunity to scale and expand its offering, leveraging the network of Vidaris and The SOCOTEC Group.
