Display Source Alliance (DSA) is a manufacturer of point-of-purchase displays and merchandising solutions for well-known consumer brands and retailers throughout the U.S. The company’s owners engaged Bulkley Capital to evaluate their alternatives and identify a compatible financial partner to support future growth.

A global family office investment vehicle with related experience acquired a majority ownership position in DSA, with Bulkley Capital’s clients remaining in their leadership roles within the company and maintaining a continuing equity interest.
