CI Technologies acquired by Versaterm Public Safety

Bulkley Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to CI Technologies, Inc. (Amherst, New Hampshire and Vancouver, British Columbia), a provider of professional standards, internal affairs and early intervention software for public safety agencies, in the sale of the company to Versaterm Public Safety (Ottawa, Ontario)

Founded in 1992, CI Technologies’ solutions are used by more than 950 police, fire and federal law enforcement agencies across the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The company’s software products – including IAPro, BlueTeam, Public Portal, EIPro and MakeNOTE – are designed to help agencies uphold professional standards and integrity, through robust case management, field reporting and supervisory functionality. Bulkley Capital was engaged to identify a compatible acquirer for CI Technologies with the financial and strategic resources to provide liquidity to the company’s owners and support the continued development and growth of the product portfolio.

CI Technologies was acquired by Versaterm Public Safety, a portfolio company of Banneker Partners and a global provider of software tools that improve customer and user workflows at public safety agencies, forensic labs, court systems, schools and other institutions.
