Caltius Equity Partners Invests in ACIS

Bulkley Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to Air Conditioning Innovative Solutions (ACIS) (McKinney, Texas), a provider of commercial HVAC and plumbing maintenance and repair services, in the recapitalization of the company led by Caltius Equity Partners (Los Angeles, California).

Founded in 2002, ACIS has grown to become the leading provider of HVAC and plumbing maintenance services in the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex, offering its customers preventive maintenance, on-call services and scheduled repairs and equipment change-outs. Bulkley Capital was engaged by the shareholders of ACIS to evaluate strategic and financial alternatives to support the next phase of the company’s growth.

ACIS successfully completed an equity recapitalization with Caltius Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on investments in middle market companies in the business services, industrial services, IT and managed services and consumer services industries. The transaction provides the company with the resources to help drive ACIS’s growth, with the founders and other members of senior management holding a significant ongoing ownership position.
