Bulkley Capital announces G. Bradford Bulkley as Advisory Board Director of Meriton, LLC.

Dallas, TX – Bulkley Capital, LLP, announced Meriton, LLC, recently appointed G. Bradford Bulkley as Advisory Board Director. 

Founded in 2019, Meriton, LLC is a national investment holding company with a portfolio of companies in the commercial HVAC industry which includes Texas AirSystems, LLC, the top distributor of commercial HVAC systems in Texas.

Mr. Bulkley founded Bulkley Capital in 1985. He serves as Lead Director for the Manhattan-based, family-owned Denihan Hospitality Group.  He also serves as an Advisory Board Director for MJM Yachts based in Washington, North Carolina. He is the past Lead Director for Dallas-based The Brandt Companies’ Strategic Advisory Board.  Brad previously served as a statutory board member and Co-Chairman of Membership for the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). Brad received his MBA in finance from DePaul University in Chicago.
